APS 5 Contract Management and Procurement Officer

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management and Procurement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be accountable for undertaking complex and sensitive contract management and procurement activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contract Documentation: Drafting contract documentation such as notices, change proposals, reports, survey and quotes, standard operating procedures, and plans at meetings.
  • Contract Record Management: Maintaining contract records, including monitoring, tracking, and reporting on contract deliverables, performance, and data items.
  • Procurement Planning: Assisting with procurement planning, tendering, and contract formation activities, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, Defence processes, and procedures.
  • Representation and Coordination: Coordinating and providing representation, building and sustaining productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.


**About Our Team**
Our team provides valuable capability support to Defence by ensuring the ongoing availability of fuels, oils, and lubricants to Defence assets both in-country and overseas. We strategically procure products directly to the Defence services or into the Joint Logistics Command warehouse network and arrange direct delivery of product to assets.
