We are looking for a talented professional to fill the newly created role of Pallet Management Specialist.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your flair for continuous improvement and contribute directly to business cost savings through optimizing pallet and crate movements. You will have the opportunity to work closely with all levels of the organization, ensuring key stakeholders are informed about improvements, progress, and benefits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and implementing controls around pallet, pallecon, and crate platform movements. They will also troubleshoot asset management issues, respond promptly to queries, improve and monitor KPI reporting, oversee timely stock takes, complete monthly reconciliation, and provide updates.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative environment within warehousing/transport and a proven track record of successfully executing projects focusing on business improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in an administrative environment within warehousing/transport
  • Proven experience in successfully executing projects focusing on business improvement
  • A forklift ticket and Reach truck operation will be highly regarded
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management and Transport Management software
