Pallet Controller Job

This is a new opportunity for a talented individual to take on a key role within our logistics department. As a Pallet Controller, you will have the chance to make a real impact on our business by improving controls around pallet and crate movements.

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional with a background in warehousing or transport. You should have a proven track record of successfully executing projects that drive business improvement, as well as experience with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management software.

Responsibilities include maintaining and implementing controls around pallet, pallecon and crate platform movements, troubleshooting asset management issues, and improving KPI reporting. You will also be responsible for overseeing timely stock takes and reconciliation processes, scheduling the hire or offboarding of platforms based on forecasting, and completing monthly reconciliation and providing updates.

A forklift ticket and reach truck operation would be highly regarded, but not essential. We are committed to ongoing training and development to support your growth and success in this role.

  • Maintain and implement controls around pallet, pallecon and crate platform movements
  • Troubleshoot asset management issues and respond promptly to queries
  • Improve and monitor KPI reporting
  • Oversee timely stock takes and reconciliation processes
  • Schedule the hire or offboarding of platforms based on forecasting
  • Complete monthly reconciliation and provide updates
