Job Role: Pallet Logistics Coordinator

The Pallet Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in optimizing warehouse operations by ensuring efficient pallet movement and storage. This challenging position is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess experience with warehousing, transportation, and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the flow of pallets and crates, focusing on business efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Analyze and resolve asset management issues promptly, providing timely support to stakeholders.
  • Create and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and improvements.
  • Ensure accurate stock takes and reconciliation processes are completed within specified timelines.
  • Schedule platform deployment and decommissioning based on forecasting requirements.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as database maintenance and invoice processing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative environment with a focus on warehousing and transportation operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully execute projects aimed at business improvement.
  • Valid forklift ticket and Reach truck operation certification.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management and Transport Management software.
