Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Workforce Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. This role will involve evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have experienced work-related or non-work-related injuries, or debilitating illnesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluating client needs through assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics and activities of daily living
  • Conducting specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers
  • Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests
  • Engaging with stakeholders to facilitate business objectives and achieve return-to-work goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Eligibility for AHPRA accreditation upon graduation
  • Recent graduation (within the last 12 months) or graduating in 2025
  • Comcare accreditation (desirable but not essential)
  • A current Working with Children Check and a national criminal check
  • A full driver's license
