Workforce Rehabilitation Professional

We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Workforce Rehabilitation Professional to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented Occupational Therapist to make a real difference in people's lives and provide excellent customer care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to clients in regional areas, working collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
  • Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity
  • Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation
  • Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals
  • Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements:
  • Australian recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy (AHPRA)
  • Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
  • A commitment to a high level of customer service to clients and customers
  • Willingness to work in the community (must have driver's license and access to own vehicle)
  • Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
