Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood professional to join our team as an educator. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development principles and be able to implement engaging and interactive learning programs.

The role involves contributing to the development and implementation of curriculum areas, participating in staff meetings and excursions, and undertaking supervisory duties. Successful applicants will have excellent communication skills, be able to assess and document children's learning, and demonstrate initiative and commitment to teamwork.

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about working with young children, have a flexible approach to work, and can contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders
  • Assess and document children's learning and progress

About Us: We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Our kindergarten offers 3 year old and 4 year old kindergarten programs, as well as an Extended Care program.

Working Hours: Part-time role, working 22.5 hours per week

Key Qualifications: A strong understanding of child development principles, experience in implementing quality education programs, excellent communication skills, and ability to assess and document children's learning
