We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Allied Health Assistant to join our dedicated paediatric team.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to work across Bankstown Community Health Centre and Fairfield Community Health Centre, supporting children and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
As an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality support to allied health professionals in delivering paediatric Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy services.
- You'll work both independently and collaboratively, assisting with individual and group therapy programs, preparing resources, clinical administrative tasks and engaging directly with children and families.
Your ability to connect with culturally diverse communities and your commitment to inclusive, family-centred care will be key to your success.
- This is a permanent part-time role offering 18 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and empathy for working with children and families.
You will have a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or relevant qualification, or a minimum of 12 months full-time equivalent experience in a related field.
A current Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2) is also essential for this role.
