Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a part-time capacity.

The successful applicant will collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver a high-quality program, create a welcoming environment, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support staff, volunteers, and students in the program.
  • Uphold a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Promote children's rights, voices, and autonomy.
  • Participate in ongoing child safety training and reflective practice.

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Working with Children's Card.
  • Mandatory Reporting.
  • First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
