About the Opportunity
  • Manage the overall direction and strategy of the centre, ensuring seamless integration with policies, procedures, philosophy, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with families and develop meaningful relationships with the wider local community.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, adhering to the National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Develop and execute a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) that aligns with the NQS.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Child Services or higher.
  • At least 1-2 years of continuous experience as a centre manager.
  • Thorough understanding and application of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and NQS.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
