Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic leader to drive business growth and maintain market leadership in their respective region.
">- Develop and execute country-specific strategies, ensuring alignment with the organisation's vision and objectives.
- Lead the development of tailored content lines, catering to local needs and trends, to increase brand relevance and customer engagement.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, organisations, and entities to expand reach and impact.
- Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) for the specific market, achieving revenue targets and other key performance indicators.
- Liaise with central teams to ensure seamless execution of country strategies, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- A strong educational background and in-depth knowledge of the targeted education market and customer needs.
- Proven commercial skills and experience as a strategic leader, ideally in teaching or senior leadership roles.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with excellent decision-making skills and ability to seize opportunities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve excellence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
