About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support, guidance, and expertise to business leaders.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with leaders across the business, offering consultative advice, coaching, and mentorship on all aspects of people leadership, employee relations, and organisational culture.
  • Promote open communication channels and cross-department collaboration.
  • Drive the implementation and promotion of people-centric programs, policies, and initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and the overall employee experience.
  • Provide ongoing advice and support to employees and leaders on a broad range of HR and people matters, from performance management to workplace concerns.
  • Support leaders during the performance and development review process.
  • Help identify high-potential talent within existing teams and contribute to future-focused succession and development strategies.
  • Prepare and analyse workforce reports and dashboards, offering insights and recommendations that support data-driven people decisions, as required.
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in HR Generalist/Advisory role.
  • Previous experience in Blue Collar or Logistics Industries.
  • Strong business partnering skills with leaders.
  • The ability to think strategically and drive people experience strategies.
  • The ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with leaders.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
