Are you a curious, creative HR professional, seeking a new challenge? Our client, a highly regarded higher education pathways provider with a strong reputation in the sector, is looking for a People Partner to join their dynamic and energetic HR team. This organisation prides themselves on a collaborative, inclusive, engaged and values driven culture with HR as well respected across all levels and where HR is a true a priority considered by the executive leadership team, so the HR team are well integrated into the business.

Located in the heart of the city, you will be part of a collaborative and high-performing team, working alongside intelligent and diverse professionals. In this role you will play a key role in working operationally within your client group and also working on a number of key strategic initiatives and projects such as HRIS implementation, wellbeing projects, and talent management.

**About the Role**:
In this 12-month FTC, you will play a pivotal role within the People team. Some of the duties you will be responsible for include but are not limited to:

- Owning a client group comprised of the education function.
- Working across a range of ER Cases; managing the process from start to finish, including running any relevant investigations. You will provide leaders with advice and ensure to mitigate risk at each stage of the process.
- Coaching and educating leaders on people management skills; empowering leaders to have the tough conversations with their employees when needed.
- Supporting recruitment activities for key roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Assisting and leading any HR projects on an ad hoc basis.

**About You**:
This role would suit a HR Business Partner, or even a Senior HR Advisor who has had ownership over their own client group and handled ER/HR matters independently and is now looking to take their next step in their career to further develop and embed their skills as a true HR BP.

To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Ideally 3 + years' experience in a similar Business Partner/ Senior HR Advisor capacity.
- Strong drive, motivation, creativity & ability to work in a complex & dynamic environment.
- The ability to coach & mentor senior leaders.
- Excellent communication skills & an influential style across all levels of the business.
- A proactive and curious style with outstanding consulting skills.
- You will have the ability to drive capability uplift and support the wider strategic vision.
