About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager, Service Providers to join our team at the Department of Education. As a key member of our School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) team, you will be responsible for managing licence agreements, contractual arrangements, and related property matters for OSHC, Preschool/Long Day Cares, Canteens, and Uniforms on Public School sites.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage licence agreements and contractual arrangements for external service providers
* Work closely with NSW Government schools, service providers, and the designated regional Asset Management Unit (AMU)
* Ensure all parties meet their contractual obligations and service delivery objectives

Requirements

* Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated equivalent experience
* Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's policies and procedures
* Current and valid Working with Children Check Clearance
* Current drivers licence
