About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team in Adelaide and surrounding regional areas. This role will be responsible for managing a well-established client base and developing new channel sales opportunities in the residential and commercial market segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales growth and implement weekly call plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support dealer growth and expansion.
  • Update dealers regularly with relevant marketing material and campaigns.
  • Monitor business growth through dealer expansion programs and identify new dealer business opportunities.
  • Provide customer service and technical support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in a sales-focused role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Experience selling into the blue-collar industry.
  • Successful Sales Growth and Account Management experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • A 'can-do' positive attitude and strong negotiation skills.
