Clinical Health Services Director

Brisbane Youth Service (BYS) is a leading provider of housing and homelessness support services for young people aged 12-25, and their children. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Health Services Director to join our Executive Team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical governance, risk management, and strategic growth. They will be responsible for overseeing BYS clinical departments, implementing the Brisbane Youth Service strategy, and driving continuous improvement.
We are looking for a medical doctor with a passion for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people and their families. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical governance, leadership, and risk management, and be committed to advancing their career in a strategic leadership role.
The Clinical Health Services Director will work closely with the Executive Team to develop and implement frameworks, systems, policies, and procedures related to clinical governance and health services. They will also be responsible for leading the clinic's accreditation process and managing key stakeholder and government relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee BYS clinical departments and implement the Brisbane Youth Service strategy
- Develop and implement frameworks, systems, policies, and procedures related to clinical governance and health services
- Lead the clinic's accreditation process and manage key stakeholder and government relationships
- Drive continuous improvement and strategic growth
Requirements:
- Strong background in clinical governance, risk management, and strategic growth
