POSITION OVERVIEW

The Lead Manager for Educational Spaces plays a pivotal role in spearheading the advancement of innovative learning environments within Legal Aid NSW. This permanent position comes with a competitive salary package and a range of benefits.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

In recent years, Legal Aid NSW has made significant investments in enhancing its outreach and service delivery through the establishment of various educational facilities. The Senior Specialist in Learning Environments will oversee the operationalization and strategic implementation of these specialized assets, ensuring a cohesive, forward-thinking framework is adopted across the organization.

This role involves close collaboration with delivery teams and educators to enhance their understanding of these specialized environments, fostering their skills and confidence to maximize educational impact.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated leader with extensive knowledge of effective educational practices and a proven track record in implementing strategies that elevate the learning experience for both educators and students. You should possess experience in integrating technology, educational design, and delivery methods to enhance learner outcomes.

Exceptional communication skills are essential, enabling you to clearly convey project objectives and future initiatives to your team, stakeholders, and the broader organization. Your high-level negotiation and influencing abilities will facilitate engagement with diverse client groups, driving sustained improvements.

You will lead and inspire a motivated team, fostering collaboration and encouraging innovative ideas to achieve high-level results.

Willingness to travel to various educational facilities to implement projects and provide support to your team and stakeholders is required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
