Project Lead, Community Change Initiative

We are seeking a skilled Project Lead to coordinate the implementation of our Ballarat Community Saturation Model initiative, aimed at preventing family violence and violence against women.

The role involves project managing the BCSM implementation in alignment with the Implementation Plan, working closely with stakeholders across government and community groups focused on prevention.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project managing the implementation of the BCSM as outlined in the Implementation Plan.
  • Developing clear workplans in consultation and collaboration with team members.

Our ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills, relevant work experience, and a commitment to expanding knowledge of effective approaches to preventing family violence and violence against women.
