As a Health Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance on various healthcare technologies within an Electronic Medical Record environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and document technology related to the Digital Health Program.
- Design and deliver training sessions on healthcare technology.
- Respond to inquiries from stakeholders regarding healthcare technology.
- Conduct investigations on equipment issues and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with emerging healthcare technologies.
Key requirements include:
Technical Expertise:- Demonstrated experience with electronic medical record (EMR) device technologies.
- Expertise in healthcare technology and software applications.
- Familiarity with security protocols and authentication systems.
- Strong understanding of data management and analytics principles.
