Mobile Support Administrator Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven professional to work as part of our Canberra team, supporting mobile services for our customers.

The Mobile Support Administrator will provide administration assistance to mobile bankers in the areas of mortgage lending and banking solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to compliance and quality standards required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to mobile bankers to ensure service excellence for our customers">
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on matters such as title transfers, contracts and approval letters for mortgages">
  • Engage with customers to provide a high standard of service, building long lasting valued relationships built on trust, respect, loyalty and placing customers at the centre of our business">
  • Assist with administration and banking support, including opening new memberships and managing customer interaction records

About You:

">
  • Prior experience in lending would be advantageous">
  • Have an inherent focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes">
  • Be self-motivated and highly organised, able to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines">
  • Possess strong attention to detail and good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with various stakeholders internally and externally">
  • FSR Tier 2 accreditation
