Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Service Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Director and Senior Adviser across a broad client portfolio.

  • Liaising with clients and coordinating meetings is a key aspect of this position.
  • Managing outsource teams and ensuring compliance is also crucial in this role.
  • You will be responsible for producing Annual Review reports and implementing portfolios, as well as managing external parties.

Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service and administrative support while always putting the clients' needs first.

About the Role

This is a Permanent Part-Time position that requires a high level of motivation and attention to detail.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Director and Senior Adviser to deliver exceptional results and grow your skills and knowledge.
