Strata Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Strata Portfolio Manager to oversee the management of our extensive property portfolio, providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of strata management, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of properties
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice based on current legislation
  • Conflict resolution
  • Manage maintenance projects and ensure timely completion
  • Develop and manage budgets
  • Contract negotiation and management
  • Prepare meeting agendas, chair committee meetings, and record minutes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in strata management
