AI Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team in machine learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and experience in developing and implementing capability evaluations, designing and executing attacks, and creating defensive mechanisms for safe multi-agent systems powered by large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement capability evaluations for multi-agent systems.
- Design and execute attacks on LLMs and VLMs.
- Create defensive mechanisms to ensure the safe deployment of complex AI systems.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to develop new techniques for ensuring the safety and robustness of AI systems.
Requirements:
- PhD in Machine Learning or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of agentic systems powered by LLMs or VLMs.
- Experience in safety evaluation, adversarial attacks, or defensive mechanisms in AI systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
