Support Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a high level of emotional intelligence.

This role involves supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, enabling them to participate fully in the community and achieve their goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Aiding people to access community facilities
  • Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Providing support for social outings and events
  • Accompanying individuals to appointments
  • Helping with household chores and meal preparation

Your Qualifications:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • An Employee Working with Children Check (WWC) and NDIS Worker Screening
  • COVID vaccination, including booster shots
  • A driver's license and reliable vehicle
