We are seeking a professional to manage the coordination of tailings, civil and water execution activities.

About the Role

This permanent position involves overseeing the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of works. To achieve this, you will allocate contractors, resources and equipment for planned works.

  • Coordinate civil construction and maintenance activities, including pipelines, dams and earthworks
  • Support forecasting, scheduling and project delivery against plan
  • Build strong working relationships to influence and achieve outcomes

Experience in supervising civil works in mining or heavy industry is essential. You must demonstrate capability in planning, scheduling and coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Allocate resources and equipment to ensure timely completion of tasks
  2. Develop and implement effective project management strategies
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  4. Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress and performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civil engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
