Learning Manager Role

A strategic role responsible for leading a team of learning coordinators across a regional area.

Main Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage the delivery of high-quality training programs to employees.
  • To develop, implement and maintain effective training standards and best practices within the organization.
  • To foster collaborative relationships with operational teams to drive business results.
  • To analyze and solve complex business problems using an operational excellence and lean mindset.
Key Qualifications
  • Possession of a degree in a relevant field such as Business, Management, Human Resources or Education.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing employees to achieve their full potential.
  • Prior experience working with and delivering training and information to employees is essential.

This is a regional role requiring regular travel between sites, with a monthly in-station requirement of at least 20%.
