We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Office Services professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the workflow and priorities of the Concierge team, analysing and managing bookings requests for corporate conference rooms, and providing information and assistance to clients regarding the capability of the Galambany Centre.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the workflow and priorities of the Concierge team.
- Analyse and manage bookings requests for corporate conference rooms.
- Provide information and assistance to clients regarding the capability of the Galambany Centre.
- Manage the setup/pack downs for the corporate conference facilities and special atrium events.
- Analyse, monitor and manage jobs in the Finance's automated job submission portal (ASM).
- Undertake regular building maintenance checks, maintaining building maintenance logs and preparing draft reports for senior management including periodic block and stack reviews.
- Work with external contractors to ensure they have the correct information and complete all requests to a high standard.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders to deliver the department's business objectives.
