Key Responsibilities:

As an experienced Administration Officer with Programmed, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our mining client in the Gunnedah region. Your duties will include reception duties, data collection and analytical reporting, accounts payable, taking deliveries, cleaning the office, document management, filing and archiving, and various administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in an administrative role, strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, proficiency in using MS Office Suite, experience with Excel is essential, ability to work independently and as part of a team, high attention to detail, hold a current Australian Drivers Licence, have unlimited working rights in Australia, be able to supply 2 current work references, willing to complete a criminal history check, and willing to work Monday to Friday.
