Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our Business Development Managers and Estimators in preparing high-quality tender proposals and quotations.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving success by ensuring our bid documents are polished, persuasive, and strategically aligned with client needs within our Transport & Infrastructure division - Thin Surfacing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of winning tenders and proposals
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather and structure bid content
  • Maintain and develop a library of bid content, case studies, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate approval processes and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders
  • Support business unit marketing activities, including online presence updates
  • Liaise with clients when required to manage bid-related documents

Your Key Strengths:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in civil infrastructure
  • A tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, or Civil Engineering
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office Suite, and document management systems like SharePoint
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
  • A team player with a passion for the industry and a drive to win bids
  • Estimating experience (or a willingness to learn)
