This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead a finance team.Key Responsibilities:Oversite of three other members of the local finance team.Looking after BGC & other brand businesses and legal entitiesManagement responsibility for all accounting operations including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Cost Accounting.Support month-end and year-end close processes.Monthly preparation of management accounts by business division.Desk and individual quarterly bonus calculationOversee the controls functions within the business.Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.Manage and comply with local and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, development and support.Annual taxation returns in conjunction with external tax advisors.GST & FBT returns.Preparation and
