Job Summary

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide critical operational and technical support for our core application systems.

  • Ensure the reliability and effectiveness of GMHBA's Core Application Systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure system stability and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Planning & Implementation:
    Proactively identify potential problems and resolve them efficiently.
    Support GMHBA's strategic objectives by providing timely and effective solutions.
  2. Application Support:
    Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management for systems within the Delivery portfolio.
  3. Application Administration:
    Plan and implement configuration changes, ensuring routine maintenance meets security and operational needs.
  4. Regulatory & Reporting:
    Stay updated on regulatory changes and support audit processes, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Offer advice, share knowledge, and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize team performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience operating in a Service Management environment (e.g., incident, problem, request, and change management).
  • A commitment to work in a highly dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written/verbal).
  • Excellent documentation skills.
