IT Professional Wanted

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate IT specialist with information systems know-how and background to work in a dynamic, fast-paced telecom environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient administration and support of CWS Billing System and other various platforms such as Provisioning System, Managed Wi-Fi, Kiosk, CWS Datawarehouse and Customer Care systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Database administration functions
  • Customer Self Care systems management
  • Translate business requirements into products and services

We are looking for an open-minded thinker, innovative and creative individual who can develop projects and provide relevant training to CWS staff.

Key Requirements
  • Degree in Information Technology, IS, Computer Science or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, initiative and commitment
  • Familiarity with database servers (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) and conversant with SQL query
  • Knowledge in Programming, Scripting and Linux and Windows server administration

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
