Corporate Lease Manager

Job Title
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a skilled Corporate Lease Manager to join our team in Acord. This role involves supporting the Lease Administration team in ongoing data management and invoice preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lease documentation and ensure its accuracy
- Compile accurate lease obligation summaries
- Monitor and control data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Verify and update CPI increases in CREAM/FOCUS systems
- Produce draft expenditure rent rolls and review them for accuracy
- Flag exceptions and variances in expenditure rent rolls
- Prepare funding requests and process non-recurring payments
- Analyze and resolve landlord payment inquiries
- Prepare payment adjustment workflows
- Reconcile charges and prepare termination workflows
- Distribute on/off registers
Background and Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Finance (Accounts Payable/Receivable)
- Real Estate (lease administration / data management) experience working for multinational corporations or managing real estate databases
- University Graduate or MBA in Finance
