We have an exciting opportunity for a Swim School Coordinator to join our team of instructors who aim to provide exceptional service to everyone who enters the club.

This role involves leading, motivating and monitoring a team of swim instructors, instructing classes on how to swim of varying age groups, some administrative duties, liaising with parents of children, and administration & payroll for Swim School.

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • AUSTSWIM qualification or equivalent
  • Working with Children check
  • Senior First Aid
  • Resuscitation certificate
