Treasury Operations Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Treasury Operations Assistant. This role is responsible for supporting wire activity across Treasury, Investment, and Accounting operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to read and interpret complex legal documents. They will also be able to think creatively and work well under pressure.

  • Coordinate daily cash balance reporting across multiple accounts and transactions
  • Process and track capital calls and distributions across various investment funds
  • Monitor cash levels and advise senior management on cash needs
  • Execute high-priority wire transactions accurately and on time
  • Complete callbacks for new wire instructions and validate documentation
  • Support tax payments and other ad hoc transactions
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on cash positions
  • Assist with keeping investment documentation up to date
  • Liaise with banks and counterparties to submit and track wire transfers
  • Handle time-sensitive, ad hoc requests related to cash management and internal reporting

Preferred Background:

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
  • Progress toward an MBA or CFA is a plus
  • 0-1 year of relevant work experience in finance, operations, accounting, or related fields

Skills Required:

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the firm and with external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, with experience in data tools like Power BI being a plus.
