Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

As an occupational rehabilitation specialist, you will possess the skills and knowledge to assess client needs and create tailored plans for successful return to work outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborating with employers and employees to prevent workplace injuries
  • Providing education and training on workplace health and safety practices

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
  • Full Professional Registration/Accreditation with either AHPRA or ESSA
  • Previous experience working in occupational rehabilitation industry highly regarded
  • Fabulous communication skills
