Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health experts. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer care and making a meaningful impact in people's lives, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive Occupational Rehabilitation assessments, including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment evaluations.
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans based on thorough assessments and expertise in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Design and deliver intervention programs using occupation to enhance functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • Identify barriers and create, implement, and monitor programs that support individuals in achieving maximum work participation.
  • Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Registration with either AHPRA or ESSA.
  • A genuine desire to make a measurable impact in people's lives.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Confidence working independently in the community.
  • Driver's license and vehicle required.
  • Eligibility for a working with children's check and police clearance.
