
Expert Professional in Disability Management

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health experts. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer care and making a meaningful impact in people's lives, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive Occupational Rehabilitation assessments, including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans based on thorough assessments and expertise in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- Design and deliver intervention programs using occupation to enhance functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
- Identify barriers and create, implement, and monitor programs that support individuals in achieving maximum work participation.
- Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
- Collaborate with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- Registration with either AHPRA or ESSA.
- A genuine desire to make a measurable impact in people's lives.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes.
- Confidence working independently in the community.
- Driver's license and vehicle required.
- Eligibility for a working with children's check and police clearance.
