Disability Support Specialist

A key role for a dedicated individual to provide expert support and care to individuals with disabilities.

This position requires a mature, compassionate approach to care, ensuring the dignity and well-being of clients are maintained at all times. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal, written communication, and listening skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with clients and their families.

Essential Criteria:
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • National Police Check (NPC)
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid + CPR Certificate
  • Valid Working Rights in Australia
  • Current Driver's License and reliable, insured vehicle
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the disability support sector
  • Experience with Autism/non-verbal clients

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
