About the Role:

Maintain and service a portfolio of clients, implementing renewal and broking strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Develop and manage insurance programs for clients, collaborating closely with claims staff to ensure seamless execution.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with insurers and stakeholders to secure optimal outcomes.

Ensure timely execution of pre-renewal processes and strategic placement to meet client expectations.

Provide operational support and excellent client service in daily interactions and client inquiries.

Assist in training and development of team members, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Monitor overdue debtors and ensure administrative tasks are completed within set timeframes.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service standards and claims processes.
  • Proficiency in managing client expectations and delivering on service commitments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in insurance.
  • Tier 1 qualified.
