**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lifestyle programs catering to individual needs of consumers, adhering to Aged Care Standards and policies.

- Collaborate with the Lifestyle Team Leader/ Coordinator and Manager to assess resident needs and program goals.

- Provide a varied lifestyle program that promotes physical, mental, social, spiritual, creative and psychological wellbeing of consumers.

- Offer opportunities for consumers to participate in activities promoting personal fulfilment and decision-making skills.

- Be an effective member of the care team.

**About You?**

- Completed Certificate IV in Leisure and Health

- Hold a current First Aid + CPR Certificate

- Proven ability to deliver person-centred care respecting individual dignity and worth.

- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team

- National Police Check
