
IT Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support professional to join our organization. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Hardware and Application Configuration
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance
- Offering support via various channels to identify and resolve technical issues
- Troubleshooting system/network problems and diagnosing hardware/software faults
- Supporting the rollout of new applications, security configurations, and updates
- Setting up new user accounts and profiles and deactivating offboarded users
- Managing the service desk inbox and prioritizing tickets according to urgency
- Upgrading devices and replacing parts as required
- Responding to enquiries and technical issues within predetermined timelines
- Providing on-site support at regional and interstate offices (may involve overnight travel)
- A relevant tertiary qualification in IT or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Endpoint, Intune, Autopilot, and IT ServiceDesk Management (Zendesk)
