About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm as a Legal Assistant in their Mergers and Acquisitions Corporate Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to the Corporate Team, including client liaison, email and diary management, and billing.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and contribute to Business Development activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in Corporate Law.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Aderant is desired, but not essential.
  • High level of MS Suite skills.
  • Proactive work ethic and ability to foster professional relationships.
