This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an AI and Automation Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in modernizing our ways of working by embedding AI and intelligent automation into business processes, systems, and workflows.

Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities for automation, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring ongoing optimization and adoption. You will work across the entire automation lifecycle, from initial planning to post-implementation review.

You will contribute to shaping our data foundations to support emerging technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools. This includes integrating Microsoft Copilot Studio and other AI builders with enterprise platforms to build custom solutions that drive business value.

As an AI and Automation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to design and deliver end-to-end automation solutions using Microsoft 365, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities that align with strategic objectives.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and influence direction. You will be able to translate complex technical concepts into business value and provide practical advice to senior leaders.

  • Architect Microsoft 365 Solutions to support collaboration, productivity, and AI readiness.">
  • Manage Microsoft Copilot for M365 and oversee Copilot Studio use cases, permissions, and licensing.">
  • Design and deliver Power Platform solutions for process automation and workflow optimization.">
  • Develop and integrate Copilot Studio solutions using Microsoft Graph API and external system APIs.">
  • Support AI-enabled data access and readiness by collaborating with data teams.">
  • Drive user adoption of AI and automation tools through training, support, and documentation.">
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify, scope, and deliver high-impact automation opportunities.">
  • Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI usage by working within existing governance frameworks.">
  • Stay current with emerging AI and M365 technologies and continuously identify opportunities to apply innovation to real-world business challenges.">

What we're looking for:

We're seeking a technically capable professional with deep expertise in Microsoft's Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365. You should have a strong understanding of data structures, data governance, and how to prepare and surface enterprise data for AI consumption.
