Job Title: AI Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimising client automations that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage database reactivation campaigns
  • Integrate GoHighLevel with other platforms (Zapier, APIs, webhooks)
  • Deploy AI tools and workflows for client campaigns (lead qualification, smart replies, etc.)
  • Assist with funnel and landing page set-up when needed
  • Monitor automation performance and suggest improvements
  • Document workflows and create SOPs for repeatable processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with GoHighLevel
  • Strong knowledge of CRM automation, AI tools, and marketing workflows
  • Experience with Zapier, APIs, and third-party integrations
  • Understanding of paid ads and funnels
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
