Business Transformation Specialist

This role requires a Technical Business Analyst to support AI-driven initiatives within the Strategy and Transformation team. The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight, technical fluency, and delivery focus to define requirements, analyze systems, and implement innovative solutions.

The successful applicant will collaborate across business and technical domains to drive transformation. This includes identifying opportunities for value creation, aligning requirements with business goals, and contributing to business cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Insight: Develop a deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, data models, and AI/automation technologies.
  • Technical Fluency: Document business and technical requirements, collaborate with delivery teams, and support agile planning and execution.
  • Innovation Implementation: Design and deliver AI solutions, analyze data flows, and validate models.
  • Change Management: Contribute to digitization and process improvement initiatives, map workflows, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, communicate technical concepts clearly, and build trusted relationships.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; certifications (CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA) preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in business analysis with a technical focus, ideally within transformation or digital programs.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with agile delivery and tools (DevOps, SQL, Power BI, Visio).
