At our institution, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Aquatic Education Instructor to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. You should also be able to demonstrate initiative, work independently, and provide clear instructions to students.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Austswim or ASCTA certification
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • 1 year of experience in swim teaching

Schedule:

This is a permanent part-time position, with approximately 15 hours per week. The schedule may include evening shifts, fixed shifts, and morning shifts.

Supplementary Pay:

We offer an annual bonus and a signing bonus as part of our compensation package.
