Swimming Instructor Role

C&M Aquatic Centre is a family-owned business that offers swimming lessons in Sydney.

Are you passionate about teaching children to swim and providing opportunities for them to learn and grow?

We are seeking motivated, reliable, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals who are interested in becoming qualified Swimming Instructors.

The ideal candidate will ensure a safe environment for children under their care, be aware of their surroundings at all times, prepare lesson plans, and continually assess students' performance.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold a Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification
  • Possess a CPR Certificate
  • Have a Working with Children check

Prior experience in the aquatic environment is desirable, but not necessary. What's essential is that you have excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children.
