Job Summary

This role supports the Implementation Manager to achieve strategic objectives through expert consulting and implementation services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define client needs, provide gap analysis, document, build and configure solutions that meet these requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop actionable plans that consider both functional and technical aspects of projects.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, utilizing a range of methods including face-to-face, written and verbal communication.
  • Anticipate, identify and analyze potential risks, problems and opportunities, establishing priorities and allocating resources efficiently for resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or Information Technology. Proven experience in a similar role may be taken in lieu of formal qualification.
