Regional Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled Regional Operations Leader to oversee the performance of multiple retail sites in the Greater Melbourne region. This is a key leadership position where you will drive strategic and operational success, lead high-performing teams, and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional store standards.

  • Oversee 4–6 retail sites across Melbourne and Western suburbs and surrounding areas
  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve KPIs across sales, service, and compliance
  • Implement and maintain high operational standards across all locations
  • Analyse store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning within the region
  • Manage budgets through rostering
