We are seeking a skilled Insurance Solutions Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored retail insurance solutions to our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to build client relationships and provide customised insurance solutions aligned with individual needs across retail products such as home, motor, contents, and strata insurance.

  • Manage a portfolio of retail insurance products, including home, contents, motor, and strata policies.
  • Promptly and professionally resolve client issues and concerns.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and service capabilities.
  • Identify coverage opportunities and handle enquiries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records across all aspects of insurance programs.
  • Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and other updates.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance broking.
  • A strong understanding of retail products, policy wording, and coverage comparison.
  • Experience managing personal lines accounts of home, motor, contents, and strata.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Insight, OfficeTech, Sunrise, and SCTP (an advantage).
